Kamilo Vrana

Kamilo Vrana began a professional career in “Rade Končar” – INEM, Zagreb, Croatia, as project manager in charge for complex control and supervising (SCADA) systems in HPPs and TPPs from design to commissioning (turnkey), of which the last is HPP Playas (3x71MW), Colombia. After short, and successful entrepreneurship experience, as founder of
Eurus Inc., Zagreb, Croatia, the next challenging position was in Astra International Inc., Zagreb, Croatia, as Deputy Head of Department for Capital Project Management (Brickyard Salavat, Russian Federation), Head of Branch Office in Ljubljana, Slovenia, Head of Representative Office in Beijing, PRC, and finally General Manager Assistant for Capital Projects and Foreign Branches.

 

In 2000, by appointment to the post of Assistant Minister for Trade and Acting Governor of State Facility Reserves in the Croatian Ministry of Economy, Kamilo entered public service career, during which he also served as Consul General in Istanbul, Turkey, Head of Department for Bilateral Economic Co-operation in the Croatian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration, and Director of the Croatian Agency for Public Private Partnership until 2012, taking an active role in Croatian membership negotiations with European Commission within Chapter 9 – Public Procurement.

 

As one of founders of EnergoVizija Inc. in 2009
(EnergoVizija Ltd. since 2019), at present Kamilo is a managing partner, procurator and CFO, also in charge for EnergoVizija Ltd. development strategy.
